Timothy R. Barakett

Timothy R. Barakett is the Chairman and CEO of TRB Advisors L.P., a private investment firm and family office. TRB invests directly in public and private markets and provides capital and strategic support to a number of asset managers and specialty finance firms.

Prior to founding TRB in 2010, Mr. Barakett was the Founder, Chairman, and C.E.O. of Atticus Capital L.P., a global investment management firm. Before founding Atticus in 1995, Mr. Barakett was a Managing Director at Junction Advisors, an investment management company specializing in risk arbitrage, and earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm.

Mr. Barakett is Treasurer of Harvard University, a Fellow of the Harvard Corporation, and serves on the boards of Harvard Management Company, Athletic Brewing Company, Commodore Capital, and Rethink Food NYC.

Mr. Barakett is an honorary trustee of the New York Public Library, where he previously served as a trustee. Mr. Barakett also previously served on the boards of The Dalton School, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Continuum Health Partners.

Mr. Barakett received a B.A. degree in Economics from Harvard in 1987 and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 1993.

Lenny Paris

Lenny Paris is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TRB Advisors LP. Mr. Paris is responsible for all financial aspects of TRB Advisors, and he also assists in managing the investment portfolio. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Atticus Capital.

Mr. Paris holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.

Heath L. Watkin

Heath L. Watkin is an Advisor to TRB Advisors LP. Previously, Mr. Watkin was President and Chief Investment Officer of TRB Advisors. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Atticus Capital, where he focused on special situations and deep value investments. Mr. Watkin also serves as an observer on the Athletic Brewing Company Board.

Mr. Watkin holds a B.S.E. degree in Engineering and Finance from Princeton University. He received his M.B.A. with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from the Harvard Business School.
